Since docker 26.x pushing and pulling with image manifest v2 schema 1 is disabled by default

the source [1] also tells that it is going to be removed.
In Calcite it comes together with redis adapter which uses pretty old redis docker image (2.8.19)

./gradlew clean build

is enough to reproduce (assuming there is docker 26+)

The fix is pretty straightforward: bumping docker image to e.g. 7.2.4 helps
